Maximize Your Potential with Expert Injury Prevention for Tennis Players

Injury prevention is the foundation of a successful tennis career, especially for juniors whose bodies are still developing. Young athletes face unique challenges as they grow, making proper training essential to avoid injuries that could derail their progress. By training the right muscles in the right ways, players can enhance performance, minimize risk, and build a strong foundation for their future.

Incorrect training methods, such as using excessive weights, can result in long-term damage or even career-ending injuries. On the other hand, a well-designed injury prevention program can be the key to unlocking your full potential—whether your dream is to excel as a junior, compete in the NCAA, or thrive as a professional athlete.

With extensive experience across sports, I bring proven expertise in designing injury prevention programs tailored specifically to each athlete's needs. My work includes:

  • Western Wildcats Hockey Team: Injury prevention programs for Scotland's top men's field hockey team.

  • Hamilton Academical Football Club: Injury prevention advice for junior academy footballers.

  • Puskás Akadémia: Injury prevention for junior academy players at Hungary's leading football academy.

  • Oliver Crawford: Customized injury prevention for the professional tennis player.

Let me help you stay injury-free, build strength, and achieve your tennis goals with a program tailored just for you. Your success starts with prevention.

"I had the pleasure of working with Daniel as my traveling physio during several tournaments this past summer (2024), and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional support I received. Daniel played a key role in my recovery from a groin injury, delivering high-quality Musculoskeletal physiotherapy whenever needed. His expertise in sports massage, both pre- and post-match, as well as soft tissue, deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point release, was instrumental in keeping me at my physical best throughout the tournaments. In addition to his physio skills, Daniel led tailored hip mobility and yoga sessions, which were critical for maintaining flexibility and injury prevention. His knowledge of various stretching methods helped me improve my range of motion, while his use of flossing techniques supported my recovery and protected my joints. Not only did Daniel provide essential physiotherapy, but he also served as my warm-up hitting partner before matches. He helped me feel sharp and match-ready during these hitting sessions; and his understanding of tennis and his feel for the game made a huge difference in my preparation. Overall, Daniel is an outstanding physio and an invaluable hitting partner. I would highly recommend him to any player looking for someone who brings professionalism, dedication, and a deep understanding of both physiotherapy and tennis to the table."

Oliver Crawford, Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, Highest ATP Ranking 190

Charlie, Aged 22 - Glasgow, UK

Thorn Park LTC Club Player

I started hitting with Daniel Tiboldi about a year and a half ago and he has been a consistent hitting partner ever since. The regular practice sessions with him have improved me as a tennis player, particularly my ability to adapt to playing against big hitters like Daniel. As well as being a big hitter, Daniel also provides excellent rhythm and consistency during practice sessions, making them a great physical workout for me too. Daniel’s positive work ethic is ever present during our practices as he always approaches our sessions with 100% effort and intensity. Daniel has also provided me with invaluable advice about my own tennis and how to adopt a positive approach to competitive tennis matches. I could not recommend a better person than Daniel if you are a player of any level looking for a hitting partner.

Darinka, Aged 26 - Austin, USA, Former NCAA Division 1 Tennis Player

I highly recommend Daniel as a hitting partner! He has a great understanding of the sport and provides valuable feedback, helping to improve my skills on the court. Daniel's positive attitude and competitive spirit push me to elevate my game every time we play. Whether you're looking to refine your technique or just enjoy some quality time on the court, hitting with Daniel is always a rewarding experience!

Maya, Aged 15 Glasgow, UK, Junior National Tennis player

Daniel is an excellent tennis coach. I have been taking lessons from him for about 9 months. My game has dramatically improved, and each additional lesson brings greater style, play, and enjoyment. He is able to spot the smallest errors, point them out, and help build the technique and confidence to improve. He is definitely a coach I’d recommend to anyone who wants to improve their game.
